Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of customer billing, invoicing, and payment processing efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements, general ledger accounts, and client statements.
- Process financial transactions and ensure strict adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Billing and Bookkeeping Specialist or in a similar accounting role (2+ years).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
