    Job Overview

    Auckland Stadiums, part of Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, is looking for a Bookings Coordinator to play a key role in managing events across three of Auckland’s most iconic venues: North Harbour Stadium, Go Media Stadium, and Western Springs Stadium.

    In this role, you’ll manage booking calendars, support event operations, and provide administrative and financial support to ensure the seamless delivery of world-class sporting, cultural, and entertainment events.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain complex booking calendars across three major venues
    • Coordinate with internal teams (facilities, property, operations) to deliver high-quality events
    • Work closely with tenants, hirers, and stakeholders to manage bookings and compliance
    • Maintain accurate event records and documentation
    • Provide administrative support to the Event Operations, Venue Presentation, and Head of Operations teams
    • Handle financial administration including quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing
    • Support the smooth delivery of events ranging from elite sports and concerts to community activities

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, bookings, or event coordination
    • Proven ability to manage scheduling in fast-paced environments
    • Experience with venue management systems (e.g., Momentus or similar) is desirable
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
