    Flag in the Sand is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and tax payments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
    • Verify transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
    • Perform account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
    • Generate and create well-presented reports.
    • Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
    • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

    Requirements

    • Proven 5 years bookkeeping experience.
    • Must be proficient with computers to log in to multiple professional Dashboards and extract data to use in Excel Spreadsheets.
    • Must be experienced in using Xero.
    • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
    • Ability to manage the intra-company loan ledgers and global payroll processing.
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
