Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and daily accounting entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Manage license renewals, visa renewals, and regulatory documentation.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports for DMCC / DAFZA.
- Coordinate with free zone portals and external service providers.
- Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience in Dubai (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software (mandatory).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills (mandatory).
- Very good English communication skills (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field (advantage).
