Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional standards in sales, service, and presentation.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators through effective strategies and team motivation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence and luxury client engagement.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and maintain strict adherence to A. Lange & Söhne brand guidelines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring personalized experiences and building loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating deep knowledge of the timepieces, brand history, and watchmaking heritage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, ideally within high-end watches or jewelry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing staff.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal communication abilities.
- In-depth understanding of luxury market dynamics, client relationship management, and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in retail operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale systems.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
