Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed branch sales targets across all assigned products.
- Ensure service standards are embedded in all customer interactions.
- Oversee resolution of all customer complaints within SLA.
- Ensure all branch activities strictly comply with FAB policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Collaborate with the Area Head to deliver regional business plans and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent understanding of banking products, services, and operational risk controls.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
