Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of Stripe’s design system and comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Present design concepts and clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar visual design role, ideally within a technology or financial services company.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional brand identity development and visual design skills.
• Proficiency with leading design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
