Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all product and marketing materials.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for medical speech recognition and documentation software.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and optimize user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product management, software development, and marketing teams.
- Create engaging visual content, including mockups, prototypes, and final design assets.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and relevant industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand design, UX/UI design, or a similar role, preferably within the software industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Fluency in German and English is highly beneficial for team communication and user interaction.
