Job Overview
Juan Valdez Café is seeking enthusiastic Brand Promoters to work in large retail stores across Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia. In this role, you will be the face of our premium Colombian coffee, engaging with customers and showcasing the unique quality and heritage of the Juan Valdez brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Juan Valdez brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Engage with customers in large retail stores to promote coffee products.
- Educate consumers on the unique qualities and origins of Colombian coffee.
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer samples to drive sales.
- Maintain an attractive and organized promotional display.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related questions.
Requirements
- Passion for coffee and the Juan Valdez brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
- Availability for full-time work, including weekends if required.
- Legal authorization to work in Colombia.
