Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pastries, and hot dishes, to Hilton’s high standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality, taste, and presentation for guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and kitchen area.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service operations during breakfast hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar culinary role, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various breakfast cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with flexibility.
- Strong understanding and adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues.
