Key Responsibilities
- Support the bunkering team in ensuring smooth deliveries and operations.
- Liaise between traders and the post-fixture team, handling post-deal processes and payments.
- Prepare essential documentation and assist traders in executing deliveries and operational tasks.
- Serve as a key interface between suppliers and customers, ensuring alignment on product availability.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, addressing operational issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, processes, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marine Transportation, Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Shipping/Marine Field is preferred.
- English C1 proficiency.
