Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify client needs, and define detailed project requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with QA/QC teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Support and contribute to Low Code/No Code application development projects.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of new features and existing functionalities.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT services or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Low Code/No Code methodologies is a significant advantage.
• Ability to thrive and deliver effectively in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
