Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate sales data across EMG regions, product lines, and customer segments.
• Prepare and review contracts between HQ and BP/Customers.
• Monitor the progress of key business KPIs and organize weekly and monthly business review meetings.
• Prepare project materials, proposal presentations (PPT), summary reports, speeches, and external communication documents as requested by the Regional GM.
• Support the handling of urgent, ad hoc, or confidential matters.

Requirements

• Masters degree, EMBA or a relevant field of study.
• Fluent English speaking. Arabic/French is a plus.
• 3-5 years of office work experience with full responsibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, teamwork spirit.
• Good logic and critical thinking.
• Willingness to learn and develop oneself.
