Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and overseeing projects.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from Doleep Studios’ services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and budget estimates aligned with client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, exceeding expectations.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and nurturing partnerships.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Success, B2B consulting, sales, or marketing within the UAE.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client support.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM practices.
