• Salary Range: 10k all Inclusive+Commission
• Job Type: Full-time
• Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
• Experience: 3-5 years in joinery and fit-out projects

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development for interior fit-out and joinery projects across the UAE.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and design teams.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts in line with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Strong network within consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
