Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and product segments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference for the FMCG sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage market in the MENA region.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
