Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust account and project pipeline.
- Identify and capture new project cargo opportunities from the FEED stage.
- Conduct market research to onboard new local & global customers.
- Manage RFQ/RFI processes by preparing competitive pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Pricing and Customer Excellence Teams.
- Handle assigned account portfolios with a focus on growing Gross Profit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience in business development or sales management within the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of service offerings and market dynamics specific to UAE/GCC regions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
