Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed current-state assessments through stakeholder interviews and process reviews.
- Identify inefficiencies, control weaknesses, bottlenecks, and system gaps.
- Design future-state processes aligned with business priorities and industry benchmarks.
- Develop responsibility and accountability frameworks across functions.
- Establish a structured approach for ongoing process review and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in business process management, transformation, or advisory roles.
- Strong background in ERP-enabled process optimisation.
- Solid understanding of recognised BPM frameworks and methodologies.
- Advanced capability in process mapping and documentation tools.
