Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed current-state assessments through stakeholder interviews and process reviews.
  • Identify inefficiencies, control weaknesses, bottlenecks, and system gaps.
  • Design future-state processes aligned with business priorities and industry benchmarks.
  • Develop responsibility and accountability frameworks across functions.
  • Establish a structured approach for ongoing process review and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in business process management, transformation, or advisory roles.
  • Strong background in ERP-enabled process optimisation.
  • Solid understanding of recognised BPM frameworks and methodologies.
  • Advanced capability in process mapping and documentation tools.
