Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and monitoring risks across Telecom communication flows and platform performance.
- Designing and improving scalable controls and processes for safe, compliant messaging.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and FinCrime teams.
- Driving root-cause analyses and implementing sustainable fixes.
- Reporting and supporting key risk updates, audits, and assurance activities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry.
- A solid understanding of regulatory requirements (primarily DORA), industry standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Impeccable communication, deal-making, and stakeholder management skills.
