Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
