This role focuses on sourcing, supplier negotiation, and inventory optimization to ensure the availability of high-quality, market-relevant products while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end buying process, from product selection to store delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and purchasing opportunities.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to optimize assortment and stock levels.
- Collaborate with Category, Logistics, and Store teams to resolve supply chain issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Supply Chain Management preferred).
- Certification in Procurement Management (required); postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in buying, with at least 2 years in retail fashion or retail apparel.
- Proven expertise in inventory management, SAP ERP, and data-driven analytics.
- Advanced Excel (mandatory); SAP proficiency preferred.
