Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and registering reports of protection requests for the groups most vulnerable to harm.
- Receiving calls requesting consultations in cases of drug abuse and addiction recovery.
- Responding to customer inquiries and calls efficiently and effectively through various means of communication.
- Transferring phone calls and emails to the concerned parties in the Authority according to their inquiries and needs.
- Working to clear services received from clients with external parties.
- Receiving and recording complaints and observations from customers regarding services.
- Reviewing lists of customer phone numbers in order to send text messages.
- Educating clients about the service delivery channels available at the Authority.
- Commitment to the approved information security policies and procedures in the Authority.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
- Computer literacy.
- 0 – 2 years of experience.
- UAE National Only
