Key Responsibilities

• Participate in various evaluation assignments related to humanitarian response and disaster management.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support comprehensive evaluation processes.
• Develop high-quality evaluation reports, briefs, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Provide expert advice and technical support on evaluation methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure robust and credible evaluations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ReliefWeb’s evaluation framework and tools.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as International Affairs, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in evaluation, research, or a related field, preferably within the humanitarian sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in various evaluation methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Exceptional report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team, often under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or French is considered a strong asset.
