Key Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the hotel’s standards.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
• Practice good customer relations and address customer complaints and queries effectively.
• Ensure the outlet is properly set up for service and supervise smooth operations.
• Direct and supervise the service team to ensure duties are performed as per standards.
• Maintain concise records of beverage stock to ensure availability and minimize wastage.

Requirements

• Ideally, have a diploma/degree in the hospitality field.
• Maximum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Micros is desirable.
• Previous experience in minor leadership and supervisory roles is a plus.
