Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Airbus A320 aircraft in accordance with all aviation regulations and company standards.
- Lead flight operations for commercial and private charter services, ensuring efficiency and punctuality.
- Prioritize and enforce the highest standards of on-board safety for all passengers and crew.
- Collaborate effectively with ground operations, maintenance, and cabin crew for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive flight documentation and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Contribute to accurate planning of flights, maintenance schedules, and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a current A320 Type Rating.
- Demonstrated extensive experience as a Captain on Airbus A320 aircraft (5+ years preferred).
- Profound knowledge of international aviation regulations and safety protocols.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure operational environment.
- Fluency in English (ICAO Level 4 or higher); German language skills are advantageous.
