    Air Arabia is seeking a Captain-A320 (UAE National) to conduct assigned flights in accordance with the Airline Operational Manual and civil aviation authority regulations. The captain will ensure safety, security, and efficiency throughout all operated flights; support and guide the flight/cabin crew, handle emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios effectively, and take control over the flight to ensure successful performance and positive corporate image.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Fly the assigned aircraft in accordance with schedules and approved flight plans.
    • Ensure flights are conducted according to the Airline’s Operations Manual and regulations.
    • Implement, monitor, and maintain procedures for the safe and smooth operation of the aircraft.
    • Conduct pre-flight briefings to ensure crew members are acknowledged with flight details.
    • Liaise with co-pilots and Dispatch Team to ensure flight/cabin crew members are well-prepared.
    • Cooperate with Maintenance Engineers to confirm the aircraft technical status and ensure its suitability to fly.

    Requirements

    • Appropriate ATPL License is a must.
    • Pass the technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots as per the Airline and civil aviation authority standards.
    • Pass the Medical Fitness check-up carried for the Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards.
    • Minimum of 4000 hours of flying an aircraft, Airbus 320 is preferred.
    • Experience with low-cost airline is highly desirable.
