Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership setting (5+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems and service scheduling software.
