Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the card games room, including staffing, scheduling, and game management.
  • Ensure a premium guest experience, providing excellent service and resolving any guest inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Maintain strict adherence to gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Manage and train a team of card game dealers and supervisors, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Monitor game integrity and security, identifying and addressing any suspicious activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote card room activities and enhance overall resort offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing card games operations within a luxury casino or integrated resort environment.
