Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the card games room, including staffing, scheduling, and game management.
- Ensure a premium guest experience, providing excellent service and resolving any guest inquiries or issues promptly.
- Maintain strict adherence to gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- Manage and train a team of card game dealers and supervisors, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Monitor game integrity and security, identifying and addressing any suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote card room activities and enhance overall resort offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing card games operations within a luxury casino or integrated resort environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various card games, rules, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
