Job Purpose
As a Care Support Associate at NUH, you will assist nurses and medical staff in providing quality, personalised, and cost-effective care to patients. You’ll play a vital role in supporting daily hospital operations and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing basic patient care and general ward duties.
- Observe and report patients’ condition and progress to the nursing team.
- Support nurses in carrying out clinical procedures.
- Collect and test specimens as instructed.
- Assist with admission and orientation of stable patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe hospital environment.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Nurse Manager/Senior Nurse Manager.
Requirements
- Completed Healthcare Assistant (HCA) course.
- Willing and able to work on 3 rotating shifts.
- Team player with a caring and responsible attitude.
