Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal to process payments accurately.
• Count, reconcile, and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
• Issue receipts and handle returns/refunds per policy.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Adhere to cash-control and loss-prevention procedures.
• Support basic stock checks and assist with price checks.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating POS systems and processing retail transactions.
• Demonstrable accuracy in cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Familiarity with EFTPOS/Chip & PIN, contactless and mobile payment processing.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Legal authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Ability to work on-site in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
