Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train cashier staff on daily operations and company policies.
- Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and deposit processes to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Implement and enforce security procedures for cash management.
- Prepare reports on cash transactions and financial summaries for management.
- Travel to various branches or distribution centers as required to ensure operational consistency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cash management and supervision, preferably 5 years or more.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Peru.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
