Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train cashier staff on daily operations and company policies.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and deposit processes to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Implement and enforce security procedures for cash management.
• Prepare reports on cash transactions and financial summaries for management.
• Travel to various branches or distribution centers as required to ensure operational consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cash management and supervision, preferably 5 years or more.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Peru.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
