Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the strategic growth and operational excellence of the executive search division in the Middle East.
  • Drive new business development and cultivate strong relationships with high-profile clients, including consultancies, listed companies, and government-linked organizations.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of C-suite and functional leadership searches, ensuring client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Provide expert talent advisory services, including salary benchmarking, leadership succession planning, and executive assessment.

  • Manage team performance, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure continuous professional development.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated executive leadership experience, preferably within the executive search or talent advisory industry.
  • Extensive experience in managing business-critical recruitment processes for C-suite and senior functional roles.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and developing client portfolios in the GCC region.
  • Deep understanding of the talent landscape and market dynamics across various sectors.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
