Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC production workers on the shop floor.
• Allocate manpower and materials efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Monitor job progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Support the team with hands-on technical guidance when required.
• Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Planning team for daily job allocation and timelines.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity among labour staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing / ducting / fabrication.
• Strong leadership and manpower handling skills.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and work instructions.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills in English or Hindi.
• Practical knowledge of resource allocation, work sequencing, and quality checks.
