Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of luxury yacht charter operations.
- Provide expert advice and personalized service to clients regarding yacht vacations.
- Coordinate and arrange complex travel logistics for charter clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and adherence to Fraser’s premium service standards.
- Contribute to business development and marketing efforts for charter services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in yacht charter management or a related luxury hospitality field.
- Strong understanding of advertising, business development, and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and travel arrangements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus given the global clientele.
