Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Engineer in managing the Engineering department.
- Ensure the efficient running of all hotel facilities.
- Plan and manage all preventative maintenance work.
- Oversee new projects, extensions, and renovations.
- Prepare the Engineering budget for the property.
- Monitor energy usage and implement conservation initiatives.
Requirements
- College degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Five years operating experience in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with hotel operating departments.
- Knowledge of local government requirements and regulations.
- Passion for leadership.
