Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear leadership, vision, and governance across all operations.
- Drive fundraising and resource mobilisation, including corporate and institutional partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Boards, partners, sponsors, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, financial controls, reporting, and long-term sustainability.
- Represent the organisation publicly through speaking engagements, events, and media.
- Ensure delivery against strategic KPIs and measurable impact across programmes.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or equivalent.
- A proven track record of running and scaling organisations with meaningful budgets.
- Strong experience working with and reporting to Boards or governing bodies.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, sponsorships, or strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
