Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successful business development and revenue growth.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of the Scottish and English manufacturing and commercial job markets.
