Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting, raw material costing, and waste control measures.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls effectively.
• Prepare MIS reports and present insightful analysis to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with current financial regulations and internal company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to enhance their capabilities.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in chocolate manufacturing or confectionery industry.
• 7–10 years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG costing, ERP systems, and audit management practices.
• Professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CMA are preferred.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills are essential.
