Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance for off-plan and on-plan development projects.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage developer-side treasury, liquidity planning, and working capital.
• Drive financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Ensure strong financial controls, approval frameworks, and policies.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of finance experience with significant tenure in UAE real estate development.
• Proven exposure to developer-side financial management and large-scale development portfolios.
• Experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Senior Finance Leader within a developer environment.
• CA / CPA / ACCA (mandatory).
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
