Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the company’s overall financial strategy in alignment with business growth plans.
- Oversee financial performance at group level, ensuring profitability and sustainable cash flow.
- Supervise financial governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Review and approve major financial structures, project financing, and capital allocation.
- Ensure strong internal controls and transparency across all financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior financial leadership.
- Strong UAE experience in real estate development and/or construction is mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of project-based accounting, cost control, and project financing.
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations.
