Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting priority setting and executive decision-making.
- Translate organisational strategy into clear objectives, initiatives, and KPIs.
- Drive execution of critical strategic programs.
- Establish and maintain executive governance, reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Prepare high-quality executive and board-level materials and briefs.
- Manage senior internal and external stakeholders, including board members and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, PMO, or executive office roles.
- Proven experience working directly with C-suite or board-level stakeholders.
- Strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Highly analytical, structured, and data-driven, with a strong execution mindset.
- Experience in technology, higher education or government would be beneficial.
