Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO and executive team in strategic planning and execution of key initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across all departments.
  • Drive operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement within the organization.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external queries, prioritizing and directing them appropriately.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, preferably in a strategic or operational leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in the HR tech, fintech, or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
