Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to co-create company strategy.
- Translate the company vision into an actionable business strategy.
- Lead cross-functional execution on company-wide initiatives.
- Build and optimize scalable operational processes.
- Drive operational discipline, ensuring departments execute within budgets.
- Guide leaders in identifying and prioritizing high-impact OKRs.
- Establish and monitor company dashboards and KPIs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Support strategic growth initiatives.
- Design organizational structures for scale.
- Coach and develop leaders, embedding performance management systems.
- Strengthen existing systems and processes to improve performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling organizations to $100M+, ideally in SaaS/software.
- Strong operational leadership skills.
- Experience in operational excellence and driving business strategy.
- Ability to scan market trends and competitive forces.
- Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to align stakeholders.
- Track record of driving measurable improvements in operational performance.
- Skilled at coaching and developing senior leaders.
