    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to co-create company strategy.
    • Translate the company vision into an actionable business strategy.
    • Lead cross-functional execution on company-wide initiatives.
    • Build and optimize scalable operational processes.
    • Drive operational discipline, ensuring departments execute within budgets.
    • Guide leaders in identifying and prioritizing high-impact OKRs.
    • Establish and monitor company dashboards and KPIs.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency.
    • Support strategic growth initiatives.
    • Design organizational structures for scale.
    • Coach and develop leaders, embedding performance management systems.
    • Strengthen existing systems and processes to improve performance.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record of scaling organizations to $100M+, ideally in SaaS/software.
    • Strong operational leadership skills.
    • Experience in operational excellence and driving business strategy.
    • Ability to scan market trends and competitive forces.
    • Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen.
    • Exceptional communicator with the ability to align stakeholders.
    • Track record of driving measurable improvements in operational performance.
    • Skilled at coaching and developing senior leaders.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
