Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the company’s operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Manage and lead the Strategy/Planning, Marketing, and Human Resources departments.
• Ensure the company’s services and products align with its mission to inspire wellbeing through nature.
• Monitor the financial and operational performance of the company.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across all departments.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar position.
• Strong background in strategy and planning, marketing, and human resources.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
• Deep understanding of the wellness and fitness industry.
