Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage corporate security operations across the UKI MEAR region.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee threat intelligence, conduct risk assessments, and manage incident response.
  • Manage regional security teams and foster collaboration with global security functions.
  • Ensure stringent compliance with all relevant security regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide strategic security advice and guidance to regional leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in corporate security leadership roles, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing complex security operations across multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of physical security, cyber security, business continuity, and investigative practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CPP) are highly desirable.
