Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a variety of engaging and age-appropriate activities for children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care at all times.
• Manage and supervise a team of childcare G.Os, providing guidance and support.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for children from diverse backgrounds.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities and progress.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of childcare facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and parents.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
