Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead a variety of engaging and age-appropriate activities for children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care at all times.
- Manage and supervise a team of childcare G.Os, providing guidance and support.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for children from diverse backgrounds.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities and progress.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of childcare facilities and equipment.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and parents.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
