Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of Cohabs’ properties in Luxembourg.
• Ensure high resident satisfaction through excellent service and community building.
• Manage property maintenance, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor a local team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement and uphold Cohabs’ sustainability and community standards.
• Develop and execute strategies for market growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management, preferably in co-living.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant property management software and office tools.
