Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and conduct building control inspections for new construction works and project modifications across industrial and commercial zones.
- Inspect foundations, concrete, steel structures, and other construction works in line with approved procedures and inspection checklists.
- Review as-built works and building completion applications to ensure compliance with approved drawings and regulations.
- Identify non-compliance or violations and prepare detailed reports supported by photographic evidence.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including customers, contractors, and consultants to share information and resolve inspection-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the UAE construction industry, preferably within building inspection, compliance, or construction supervision roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.
