    Hellas Direct, a leading insurtech company, is seeking a Claims Customer Service professional to join its Garages team in Marousi, Greece. This role involves assisting customers with claim-related inquiries, supporting partner garages, and contributing to the growth and improvement of Hellas Direct’s HD+ platform.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Answer customer calls regarding claim status and provide timely updates.
    • Support garages subscribed to the HD+ platform.
    • Maintain and expand the company’s database of partner garages.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential new garages with enhanced services.
    • Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Claims teams to enhance platform features.
    • Manage the community of Premier League and registered garages.
    • Promote Premier League garages to insured customers and follow up for feedback.
    • Achieve targets related to onboarding new garages into the HD+ platform.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
    • Team-oriented with a creative, business-driven mindset.
    • Tech-savvy and adaptable.
