    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and optimize end-to-end claims processing workflows within the PetDesk platform.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction in claims operations.
    • Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance claims-related features and functionality.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on claims performance and operational metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies related to claims handling.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
    • Proven track record of optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
    • Familiarity with veterinary practice management systems or similar platforms is a plus.
